We're delighted to announce the recent publication of an exciting project we carried out with Technostics on their new satiety based weight management product.

Technostics asked us to put their product to the test against real life foods in our digestive models – and see how it behaved in a simulation of the physical forces of the stomach. We used a famous high street burger as the test meal, and analysed the rheological properties throughout the digestion process. This has given Technostics vital data about formulation, transit times and efficacy.
